I made a short anime intro video of myself without opening a video editor, just by giving notes to an agent, and it took eleven versions to get it right..

Someone who wants to learn from me, someone considering me for a job, someone looking for a mentor – they want different sides of me. So my site now notices how you’re reading, and I’m using it to learn whether that actually helps.

What good looks like kept changing for me, every time I got exposed to something new. A lot of what I know came from the job, and over the years I started adding structure to it – cloud, machine learning, human behaviour and design thinking..

Building got easy – what’s left is taste and judgement, knowing what good looks like and what to keep. This is how I built my brand and this site end to end, from the colors in my wardrobe to the code, and how I check that every layer still feels like me..

I always knew what I wanted to build – getting it out of my head was the hard part. Now that I can keep up with the idea, I’ve stopped leaving the small things I knew were off..
